Dr. Abdulrahman

Assistant Professor

PhD in Principles of Jurisprudence

Dr. Abdulrahman learned the principles of Islamic law in Madinah and spent years serving the people who travel there.

He earned his PhD in Principles of Jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) from the Islamic University of Madinah. This is the discipline that explains how rulings are derived from the Quran and Sunnah.

For six years, he served as a guide and translator at the Prophet’s Holy Mosque, helping visitors from around the world understand where they stood and what it meant.

During the Hajj and Umrah seasons, he assisted pilgrims across the holy sites of Makkah and Madinah, guiding them through some of the most important days of their lives.

He has also spent three years teaching Islamic Studies and the Arabic language. Today, as an Assistant Professor, he brings the same patience to the classroom that he showed pilgrims at the holy sites.
