Dr. Abdul Hakim

Dr. Abdul Hakim has given his scholarly life to one question: what does the Quran mean, and how do we understand it correctly?

He earned his PhD in Tafsir and Quranic Sciences from the Islamic University of Madinah Munawwarah, a leading centre for Quranic study.

He carried that scholarship into research as a researcher at the Khadim al-Haramayn al-Sharifayn Institute.

For ten years, he also served as a translator in the Saudi government sector, where every word had to be right.

He then taught as a lecturer at Al-Haramain University for three years. Today he is an Assistant Professor at Al Kausar University, where he helps students read the Quran with understanding.
